  1. Booking Policy
    • All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our official booking platform.
    • A deposit of 30% of the total safari price is required to secure a reservation.
    • The balance must be paid at least 45 days before departure unless otherwise agreed.
    • Last-minute bookings (within 30 days of travel) require 100% payment at the time of booking.
  2. Payment Policy
    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or mobile money (where applicable).
    • All bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
    • Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise
  3. Child Policy
    • Children under 12 years may receive discounted rates depending on accommodation and park
  • Children must always be accompanied by an adult during safaris and activities.
  1. Health & Safety Policy
    • Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in good health before traveling.
    • All clients must arrange comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellation.

strictly follows safety standards in vehicles, camps, and during walking safaris.

  1. Travel Documents Policy
    • Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and vaccination certificates (e.g., Yellow Fever where required).
    • The company will not be held liable for delays, fines, or additional costs caused by missing travel
  2. Wildlife & Environmental Policy
    • Respect for wildlife and the environment is
    • No littering, off-road driving, or disturbing animals is allowed.

  1. Liability Policy
    • MAASAI FOR NATURE SAFARIS LIMITED is not

liable for injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal property during the safari, unless caused by negligence.

  • Unforeseen circumstances (weather, government restrictions, pandemics, or park closures) may affect the itinerary; alternatives will be provided where possible.

◻ Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by Client
    • 60+ days before departure → Full refund minus 5% admin fee & bank
    • 45–59 days before departure → 75% refund of the total safari cost.
    • 30–44 days before departure → 50% refund of the total safari cost.
    • 15–29 days before departure → 25% refund of the total safari cost.
  • 14 days or less before departure / No Show → No refund.
  1. Cancellation by Company

If cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics):

  • Clients will be offered an alternative date,
  • Or a credit voucher valid for 12 months,
  • Or a partial refund, depending on supplier
  1. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the scheduled safari start date without prior notice will be considered a no-show and 100% cancellation charges will apply.

  1. Refund Process
    • Refunds will be processed within 30 working days after receiving a written cancellation request.
